Steven A. L’Heureux, President and Chief Executive Officer

Steven L’Heureux is President and Chief Executive Officer of Ryko.  He was appointed to that position in March 2011, after having been recruited by Trivest Partners, Ryko’s private equity owners.  Steven excels at driving double-digit revenue and profit growth, turning around underperforming organizations, and capturing dominant market share. His broad corporate leadership experience is augmented by a strong background in sales and marketing and complementary skills in business development and operations management.For the past 15 years, Steven has led business-to-business technology and manufacturing companies where he accomplished speedy turnarounds by instilling a high-performance culture, bringing on talented and motivated leadership, creating new growth strategies, and executing rapid operational improvements.

He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin Whitewater with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.

Jerry Gowey, Chief Financial Officer

Jerry Gowey is Chief Financial Officer of Ryko Solutions, Inc. and has been with the company for more than 26 years. He started as an accountant and was promoted a number of times from accounting manager to controller to chief financial officer.  Jerry is responsible for the oversight of all of the accounting and financial operations within the organization.

He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Iowa State University.

Dean Cheramie, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development

Dean Cheramie is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Ryko. In this role, he assists the management team in the identification of business opportunities to further expand Ryko’s presence in the car wash and auto care industries.  This new responsibility takes advantage of Dean’s 20+ years of marketing and corporate leadership experience in the car wash and convenience store industries. He joined Ryko in 2005, and has led the company’s growth initiatives since that time by overseeing sales and marketing. Previously,  Dean was Vice President of North America Marketing for Gilbarco Veeder-Root.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana, has experience as a practicing Certified Public Accountant, and completed his graduate studies in Marketing at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.

John Gallo, Vice President of Sales

John Gallo is Vice President of Sales for Ryko. In this role, he is directly responsible for growing products and services for the U.S., Canadian, Mexican and Latin American markets. He manages a sales team of four regional managers, more than 20 district sales managers, and five national account managers. During his tenure, John has developed and maintained a sales channel of more than 20 exclusive and non-exclusive distributors, developed marketing initiatives for products and services, and implemented strategic partnerships to pursue undeveloped markets. With Ryko since 2005, John previously served as Director of National Accounts. During his career, he has also worked with Gilbarco Veeder Root Corporation and United Parcel Service.

He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Queens College in Charlotte, North Carolina, and a Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Georgia.

Joe Ivy, Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations

Joe Ivy was appointed Vice President, Manufacturing and Operations for Ryko Solutions in October of 2011. In this role, he is responsible for the overall operations of the 250,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Grimes, Iowa as well as recommending manufacturing policies and programs that will create improved productivity, cost reductions and adherence to safety programs. During his tenure, Joe will draw upon his extensive experience with total quality management, six-sigma, lean and just-in-time manufacturing to help Ryko maintain and improve its competitive position within the industry. Joe’s background prior to Ryko included ownership of a consulting group dedicated to engineering and construction management as well as 12 successful years as the Director of Manufacturing at Bridgestone Americas, Inc. where he directed manufacturing and strategic global sourcing for three facilities located in Des Moines, Nashville and Decatur, Illinois. Prior to his involvement with Bridgestone, he was the Operations Manager for General Electric Company.

Joe holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa.

Vic Raibikis, Vice President of Information Technology

Vic Raibikis is the Vice President of Information Technology for Ryko.  He began with the company in 1987 as a computer programmer and since then has served in multiple roles within the organization, including oversight of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, telephony systems and all IT infrastructure, as well as leading the company and IT team through countless software and hardware projects.  Another aspect of Vic’s leadership has included directing the IT team through the support of hundreds of remote users and service and sales offices across the country.

Vic is a graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Dale Reeder, Vice President of Professional Services

Dale was appointed Vice President, Professional Services for Ryko Solutions in December of 2011. In this role, he will lead Ryko’s extensive nationwide service team in the development and execution of maintenance and chemical solutions for car wash owners and operators.

Dale comes to Ryko with an extensive background in field and customer services, most recently with Sears Holding Corporation where he was President of A&E Factory Service, LLC, a joint venture delivering more than two million in-home repairs per year for leading manufacturers, retailers and warranty administrators. Prior to that, Dale had a 22-year career with Maytag Corporation leading Maytag Services, LLC, and providing services and parts support on all brands of major appliances. During his tenure, Dale led the company’s growth strategy, including the integration of multiple manufacturers’ field and customer service organizations.

Dale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Southern Illinois University.

Kelly Wadsworth, Vice President of Human Resources

Kelly Wadsworth was appointed as Ryko Solutions’ Vice President of Human Resources in October of 2011. In this new role, he will help implement the vision to build enduring performance, drive culture change and create a customer-centric environment for the company’s more than 350 employees throughout the United States. With Ryko, Kelly will be an integral part of executing on the company’s business growth strategies from the aspect of implementing world-class people development programs. Kelly has more than 20 years of HR experience, most recently as the Vice President of Human Resources at Affiliates Management Company – a financial services firm based in Des Moines. Prior to that he served in a series of human resources and operational development roles for companies in the steel manufacturing, integrated health care, and customer care industries around the nation.

Kelly holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Utah State University.
