The new Ryko BayPay gives your customers the ability to pay for all self-service, vacuum and vending service on your site with their credit card.  BayPay increases customer convenience, wash time and cycle usage, increasing per bay profit potential.

The Ryko BayPay feature is available for both Signature Series rotary and 16 function keypad meter faces.  The components of this system are available for new equipment installations or as a retrofit kit for previously installed Signature Series wash systems.  The BayPay system can also be used to pay for other services on the site including vacuums and vending machines.

Customers can keep track of their wash site transactions with the easy to use receipt printer station.  After completing their wash transactions, a customer can swipe their credit card in the optional receipt printer station to receive a printed receipt giving a detailed list of charges incurred and to close out all current transactions.

The Ryko BayPay system makes paying for car wash services more convenient for your customers and more profitable for you.

i Optional centrally located receipt printer that prints itemized receipts for each of the customer’s transactions

How It Works

A customer will swipe their credit card using the card swipe located on the meter box face

The computer will verify that the credit card is acceptable to be used

If the number is accepted, the computer will have the interface pulse the coin output the proper number of pulses to start the timer

The computer will continue to add pulses to the coin output as needed until the “Stop” button has been pressed to stop the charge server time or preset maximum run time dollar value has been reached.  The beeper will sound as money is added to the timer to show the customer the total charge amount.

Maximum charge amounts will be set up for the credit operation.  The site operator will be able to adjust these maximums from the computer.  There will be separate maximums for each type of device (self service bay, vacuum, vending machine) on the site
